We use embeddings to match your query to listings. Your request and each listing (text and images) are embedded so we find the most relevant results, not just keyword or filter matches.

"Quiet 3-room flat with balcony and storage" → Returns the most similar listings compared to your request.

Image analysis

Most property search tools only filter by bedrooms, price, and location. Ours inspects listing photos—layout, finishes, light, views—so you can search for things like "open-plan kitchen," "lots of natural light," or "nice view."

"Modern bathroom with tile finish" → The agent evaluates the images and scores each listing by how well they match.
"Big windows or lots of greenery" → The agent inspects the photos for natural light and green spaces.

TravelTime

Computes travel times and reachable areas from any address. Use it for commutes, school runs, or proximity to specific places.

Google Maps
